ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION IS AUTHORIZED FROM 4 P.M. ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND UNTIL 10 A.M. ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

As a general rule, we carry out a visit to the accommodation upon your arrival when possible. If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we will ask you to do a self-check-in (with the key box, see procedure below). The day after your arrival, a member of the Mas 9 Romanin team will come to greet you, make sure you are not missing anything and answer your questions.

1. Key box at the entrance to the accommodation. If you cannot find it, please send an SMS to +33 (0)6 17 61 40 62 and we will assist you
2. To open and close the housing door. Use the code that was sent to your email address (type this code on the key box's numeric keypad)

If there is a problem during your stay, please contact us so that we can quickly find a solution.

IT'S TIME TO DEPARTURE AND CHECK OUT. PLEASE CLOSE THE WINDOWS AND TURN THE HEATING LOWER: LET’S PROTECT THE PLANET!

1. Check-out is before 10 a.m.

2. Please check carefully that you have not forgotten anything in the accommodation

3. Don’t forget to take all the trash out of the accommodation and place it in the trash can outside

4. Please empty the dishwasher and put the dishes in the cupboards

5. You can collect all the linen that was used during your stay and leave it near the entrance to the accommodation

6. Try to replace objects or furniture if they have been moved
